Deductions from PERSAL?
I have been calling and asking Guardrisk about a policy that I have, but they cannot assist me as they cannot see anything on their system. Yet every month an amount is deducted from my PERSAL by them. Not one of the agents can help me even though I gave a policy number and everything they ask of me. I have a very serious concern that something is not right.
