Debit Orders going off from my account

Hi Hello Peter<br> <br> I went over my cheque account statement & realised there is 2 Debit Orders that is going off my Cheque Account for the amount of R208.07(Ref.GUARDRISK DAURRIS***D905) & R314.19(Ref.GUARDRISK GUARIS874094DP05).And to my shock I realised that I don't have any policies or signed any debit orders of Guardrisk.This is going on now for months.So when I tried to sort it out over the telephone the lady said that I must give her my policy number,which I don't have because I don't have a policy at Guardrisk.then I said if I can talk to a superior or manager there,she put me through the telephone just kept ringing & then it went dead.I phones again the lady ask me for a reference on my debit order,I gave it to her,but she said I must hold on for a minute,where she cut me off again.Please help Hello Peter.So that this problem can be solved.<br> <br> Regards Gerhard
