This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, the staff are rude unprofessional and a complete don't care attitude. My claim was rejected 2 mths after it was logged and that too I had to make numerous fall calls begging for a response. I was not happy with the outcome at I had advised the issuer of the changes provided them with full details of when and how I made the changes and after that I am completely ignored. I was dealing with Buyisiwe who is now ignoring my calls and emails . every time I try to call a different department my call gets cut off and I am never put through to the manager as I have been requesting mind you they are still deducting premiums. I even went as far as going onto there website, complained two weeks later no one has gotten back to me. The sister company where you can go and lodge a complain after being unsuccessful is a nightmare spoke to Nhlanhla the worst person I have ever dealt with who put me on hold and cut my call after telling me that 2 weeks with no response is fine.
