COMPLAINT

Admyntec/Guardrisk delivered a phone today which i had claimed as i'm insured with them. however this is a pre-owned phone. when i was setting up my phone i found pictures of the Family, Videos, Contact numbers, Text messages and Notes on Memo. Can you kindly assist with addressing this with the insurer I’m at my wits end with this Insurance Company. I have never received such pathetic service from a Service provider. I have been paying this insurance for over 5 years and they dare to replace a ****** phone with a pre-owned device which seems to have been from Los Angeles I’m already experiencing problems with it i can't even download apps on this phone. This is DEMO it’s not a phone it won’t even allow me to reset the factory setting
