On the 4th of January my car got ******, my comprehensive insurance paid out in a week. Now it's been a nightmare with this ****mers. I had four covers with them, mechanical, tyre, cosmetic and short fall cover. My short fall was R 33000 ,now they only want to pay 18000 how the hell did they get there.what is the meaning of short fall cover? People must stay away from this people pure ****
