CLAIMS NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE

Good day, Since you are the underwriters of MTN cell phone insurance claim hopefully I will finally get my device. On the 6th of April submitted insurance claim which was approved on the 13 of April . On the 20th of April I received an SMS that "a purchase order has been generated for the delivery of my replacement device " To date I have not received my device however yesterday MTN has a nerve to send an updated insurance policy of the new device (that I have not received). I just want my phone , I have been inconvenienced. Your service is pathetic , the consultants at your claims department don't bother to thoroughly read emails and they ask for the same information over and over again. I JUST WANT MY PHONE TO BE DELIVERED IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK
