Claim denied due to documents not received

After 6 weeks of waiting for my claim to be processed, I post a complaint on hello peter and suddenly my claim is denied due to documents not received. No documents were ever requested. This is disgusting and a breach of my contract with Admed which clearly states that it will pay hospital claims over and above what the medical aid covers. I WILL be contacting the ombudsman in this regard.
