Claim denied because SIM card was not on the phone.

I had my mtn insurance claim denied because they saying the SIM card which was bought with the phone was not on the phone when it was ******. This is a lie. This SIM card was on the phone and the phone was used mostly through WiFi. Due to its size I used it as my laptop.
