Can service get anymore pathetic

This is really a terrible company to do business with, the above call doesn't even introduce herself...she is having conversations and laughing. She gets to the phone and when I ask for her manager she drops the call. <br> I have been battling for a month to get a claim paid and its excuse after excuse and hundreds of rands paid for phone calls I am still not getting joy. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Momentum to Guardrisk Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
