Bad services

I have received the worst customer services from Mtn insurance. My insurance policy was canceled in 2020 and I had no idea about this. The agents claim that sms was sent which I did not recieve. I don't even receive a monthly invoice on my insurance. Such bad service delivery. Change the ways you address customers. Your services are bad and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. I regret this.
