Bad services

I have a policy with zest life, which is advertised all over no waiting period at the start date of your policy. Zestlife rejected my claim which I submitted on the 17th of April 2024, which I got rejected on the 18 of June 2024 due to pre-existing conditions for the surgery I had even though the dr confirmed it was not pre-existing condition. My medical aid covered the procedure and the shortfall my gap cover refuses to pay out. Gap cover always looks for reasons not to pay, yet advertises they are there to help with shortfalls that is not covered by your medical aid when a Dr charges more then the medical aid rates
