Bad service worst ever.

We had an insurance with this guard risk insurance throuh (MTN). I was ****** at gunpoint where they took my phones and wallet. I put in a claim for insurance that was paid up to date for 3 years where the came with millions of stories NOT TO PAY OUT. This is normal for this company as the see how much claims they can reject in a months time. We sent e mails forward and backwards and now this insurance company ignore our mails when all hard questions is been asked. They are rude on the phone keep you hanging on for hours and then come back with a grin on their face and say........ My manager will contact you shortly. That shortly means Never. When you contact them you will be told they in meetings🤔 wonder or they discuss the next way of lying to people not to pay out. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be in touch with MTN as well to inform them of the bad company insuring them and drag their name throuh the mud.
