Bad service - guardrisk insure.

Guardrisk insure has been totally unresponsive to my request for a simple no claims letter for the period I had vehicle cover with them. Over the past week, I sent about 3 emails requesting the said letter confirming our claims status for the two BMW vehicles insured with the company for at least the year 2016, but to no avail.
