BAD SERVICE

I logged a claim with this insurance company and i am appalled by how their agents have audacity of hanging up calls.

i even spoke to a supervisor who also hand up my calls. they offered me a phone for a secondary number and i keep following up with them, and i being met with so much disrespect. in calls being hanged

I just spoke to Lebogang who told me about her stats when I asked to hold for supervisor and she went on and hung up, I just need my phone as I am travelling for work and need OTPs to access systems.

I regret insuring with this company. MTN has set a low bar by using this company as their preferred insurer.
