bad service

Good day,

A policy was taken out on my vehicle which I requested to be cancelled in June 2021, I have requested a detailed statement from Wesbank to my suprise and shock the policy was never cancelled and has still been debiting my Wesbank account on a monthly basis. What I dont understand is. That a lumpsum was paid out for this policy , why is it being debited monthly ? There is some very funny business from your part happening here.
