Bad outcome and Judgements

Bad Judgment....... 😡

Gaurdrisk have decline my claim based on the below.

Your claim has been repudiated by the Insurer owing to the claim falling outside the scope of cover as provided by the Policy and has been repudiated for the following reason(s): 1. There was no force or threat of force when the device was ****** from you.

But when I lodge my claim I stated that I lost the device and it was not the theft.

I been trying to call them and emailing them but no assistance to ask them to recall this misleading outcome.But I can't get hold of them.
