Bad bad experience

I have been a loyal MTN customer for about 5 to 6 years, i have never missed a payment for my contract phone or for my insurance cover.

Now suddenly my phone get ****** now they are running around no 1 want to give me a proper explanation what is happen and they say their turn around time is 24 hours bt nw its been about 3 days now n when i call them they just say we are waiting 4 authorization and that phone i use it 4 work now as personal trainer i use it 2 train my client nw am losing my business because of this Am Really unhappy about all this.
