Avoid them like the plaque

For the first time, I put in a claim for my phone which broke. I am not sure what is wrong with the phone and was informed by every MTN store that they collect the phone and assess it. They kept on insisting on an assessment report and not one store that I went to had a technician to do the report. They are highly unprofessional. They do not mind taking your money but when you need the service they decline your claim. The reason behind it is apparently the number that is insured with the phone wasn't being used at the time which is a lie as I told them in multiple emails that specific number was in use in the phone when it broke. Do not recommend them at all!
