Asking for something that doesnt exist
I have been fighting with Admed for awhile now they are repeated asking me for a statement from my medical aid that DOES NOT EXIST!!! i have requested statements from my medical aid 4 times and they say they only send out what they are sending me and dont know what Admed is asking for. I have supp**** admed with the authorisation letter, a receipt of the co-payment, an invoice from the hospital, a statement from the hospital and mutliple statements from my medical aid and they are still asking for another statement which doesnt exist! Stop messing me around and pay my claim!
