Annoyed

To whom it may concern I'm highly disappointed as today I was pushed around more than 8 times regarding my 3rd party claim due to a accident that occurred in January.No proper answers and no proper feedback Unfortunately when I called the company that smashed into my car they had said their car has been fixed but what happens to mine as I was told that you guys are their insurer and should liase with Gaurdrisk and till this day I have no answers.The agents push you around to different agents then ask you to hold then it tells you your call transferred then pushed around again, I'm highly annoyed my car has been smashed since 30th January and we are now in march.Please I need answers. *** Bradley Can give me a call so I can give the claim reference number.
