Angry frustraded

This company i would not refer to people as they don't help the client that is insured by them , they rather nail them to pay nothing nothing out , how can you just pay out R3000. For a claim of R18000.and the client must pay R15000. That is so riducilus , they tell you , you have to have insurance when you drive out and you ate now insured when you drive out but don't let anyone drive into you in first 3 months because we as company will not help you our client , so people make sure before you take insurance with this company.
