Always Taking my money, Poor Service Consistently...

Always a Laboursome process with little to no support to the customer.

I have had logged this per process and even emailed the Guardrisk CS email.

Today, I simply get an email to confirm that this is declined and they will email me. Since then I have had no contact or email to tell me why. ..

I have never had an issue with paying this service but always seem to have issues when I need to claim.
