Admed do not want to fanalize my claim

I went for a procedure on the 14th Feb 2015. I then contacted Admed whom i took out extra cover and have been paying my premiums for the last 3 years. This is my first claim since they then forwarded me a claim form advising to complete and submit all documents after my medical aid has made payment as my Doctor/Anaesthetise chargers private rates and my medical aid only covers medical aid rates.<br> <br> I then completed the claim form and forwarded all relevant docs to Admed on the 20 April 2015. I received a sms advising outstanding docs which I have emailed i then resent all docs required.On the 29th April 2015.I received an email from Lestine Vernell Stevens advising that the Statement for the Anaesthetise does not show the assessment.<br> <br> According to the documents required I forwarded the stament of the doctor as well as my medical aid after they have paid the Anesithis.I rep**** back on the 30th April 2015 and called numerous times with no answer or reply from Lesley Vernell Stevens. I called again on the 5 and 6th May 2015 again no answer or a reply to my email what i don't understand is how will my claim be finalised if no consultant calls me or reply to my emails.
