A Service with No Service!?

Poor Poor Service. I filed a claim a month ago, submitted all documentation and still they are unhappy, even though I provided clear context around the docs provided.

Instead of calling me to discuss they just email late at night.

My account is soon to go in arrears and my name will have a bad credit record cos of bad service that I pay for without fail!
