I would like to applaud Mr Russel Krawitz for the service I received from him. I had a insurance related claim with Africanbank that had been outstanding for two years. I then reached out to the office the ombudsman for assistance as Africanbank was giving me the run around and in no time the matter was resolved despite him being on leave. While dealing with Mr Krawitz I did not once feel as if I was dealing with a autobot and the response was never automated! Mr Krawitz was very professional,empathetic and non bias when dealing with me. This is customer service at its it's best. Expectation was created and met. Mr Krawitz your work is not unnoticed and your level of dedication is much appreciated you are truly an asset to your business.
