A BIG **** and BMW plays with them!

<p>I have bought 3 brand new BMW's in the last 3 years at the herrencracht Branch!<br /> Wenn i bought a new BMW x1 last year and a 118 for my wife we were sold a special scratch insurance (SMART) with it by Kelly and she told us that all small scratches will be covered!<br /> BUT Nobody told us at BMW that this SMART insurance only covers up to R2999.99 in total and when I gave this Smart insurance an invoice over this amount, (as the repair place told me that this is the maximum allowed at this insurance.) they (the SMART insurance) asked me if there may be more scratches on the other site of the car and to get another quote were this may be included - for them knowing that it will be over that 2999 limit! The new quote (8k) got then rejected and i'm been told by SMART that no further scratches will be paid for another 12 month. Kelly told me now that she did not know the limits of that insurance.. why sell it then???? Now I read that BMW rejected the claim!</p> <p>I'm feeling bamboozled as this insurance seems to be a "****" and nobody a BMW seems to do something about it.<br /> I'm feeling been **********. For the 8k I paid for this insurance I could have repaired myself all little scratches on my car.<br /> after complaining several times and writing several emails....it took over 3 month to finally get this reply:</p> <p>Guardrisk AS WELL AS BMW has upheld the rejection of your claim.<br /> Regrettably your claim will remain rejected.</p>
