5-MONTHS UNRESOLVED CASE

I filled a complaint for poor service a week ago and there hasn't been any form of communication from the Mtn insurance underwriter "Guardrisk " except for the acknowledgement of receipt of my complaint..

So, the only review I am going give is based on that and further to what resulted me to launch a complaint from the first place.

Furthermore, dealing with this case has messed up with my mental health big time.. Imagine not having a phone for 5-months, but you've covered your device with an ALL-RISK cover..

I have been to 2 different Mtn branches to consult with the managent regarding this issue, they all state the same thing that the all risk insurance cover, covers all damages, loss or theft as the policy document stimulates..

The service I have received from Guardrisk risk remains the worst with a high level of negligence on how they handle customer queries. From my experience, they really do not care about their delivering the service one pays for.

Therefore, if I had known, I wouldn't have chose MTN- insurance if I knew their underwriter was this company..
