2 months and going to get pay!!!!!

good day the 7 fed i submitted a claim and on 20/03/2016 they send a email outstanding letters sent the letters the same day and call them the hall weak to find out when am i getting paid , they said they will let me know Monday 04/04/2016 -04/04/2016 the tell me i need to send another letter , send it know a they told me its wrong and called my medical aid(Momentum) and they told me the letters is correct , call admed back and then they told me the letter is correct!!!!?????? and they will sms me if every thing is correct and then maybe i will get paid!!!??????????
