GF 674/2006 S T Mlaba requirements to pay inherita

I am Sphesihle Mlaba and I have a big problem with the Guardian Fund Office in PMB, they haven't paid the inheritance to my brother. He turned 18 last year and was suppose to get the money last year. We app**** last year July and the moni was suppose to be in Oct. So this year January 9 we submitted everything cos 2 documents were missing. We are told in 2weeks time the moni will be afta 2wks we called and Phumelele said \she forgot to submit the file to the approval desk and were told that 2weeks.... I was tired calling and going to the offices..So now I am sending them Email to the head offices and they are not responding to my emails. Even the Acting Master Ve Moodley is not responding.. I have appealed to them to give me some way forward. I am disgusted on how they treat they costumers.. My brother hasn't registered in any school cos we don't have moni.. Why is it taking so long. This is wrong! Pls help "
