I called the call center and concerning my child's grant that was stopped because she is now 18 years older, the lady told me to go to gepf office which is in polokwane with the child's ID document of which I did today, when arriving the lady who were supposed to help showed us flames, she refused and demanded the death certificate of the deceased, she denied even to print the statement that should be submitted to the master of high court South Africa where should we go for assistance
