Guardian Travel - Poor service and response.

I arranged for a shuttle service for myself and family to be taken to OR Tambo on the 16th April 2022. The pick-up was scheduled of 06:45am in order to allow sufficient time for a flight to Cape Town at 08:45am

At 06:42, I decided to call the assigned driver, namely Wiseman but there was no answer. Upon escalating the issue to the admin office, Annelet could also not make contact and simply said "Sorry"....

I find this unacceptable with respect to alternate arrangements being made for us or compensation offered. The experience resulted in us having to drive and leave our vehicle at OR Tambo, which came at a greater risk and cost that was certainly no expected.

Very concerning as to how they might be doing the same to other clientele.
