Debit Order for Life?

We have been trying for 3 years to get Guardian Security to cancel their debit order. The house in question (in Mondeor) has been sold 5 months ago, and the debit order is still going off. We have spoken with Mike (manager/owner) many times, sent emails and letters. But nothing seems to work.
