I purchased Lithium batteries from them . I was promised that they would work with my inverters I purchased. They arrived very fast . They do not communicate with inverters. Protocol is incorrect. No product support. Software does not work. Get told to s**** the batteries I have paid for and buy new ones which will supposedly work or buy there inverters. They are supposedly battery manufacturers and not inverter manufacturers. Have no product warranty what so ever . Unwilling to help resolve any issues just sell products.
