Fly by night company with no back for the producs that they sell

Please be very aware that this company will give you absolutely no back up once you have brought one of their batteries. I have had problems with a yr old 10kva battery that is only charging to 6kva so must have a few cell that are dead i have tried for 6 month to get any info on how to send the batteries back or if they will honour there 5 yr warranty but even after emails and what up messages and phone calls I only get told that they will get back to me. This has carried on for 6 month and so now I am just warning people even thou there web site looks really good there are a fly by night operator that have no back up for when things go wrong
