no responses back in two weeks

I do not know if this is the right place to send my complain, but I would highly appreciated if you can help. I am Marilyn from Life Time Experience Tours.

I app**** for a loan with the GTX Financial Services. The loan was approved and all required documents was send. I paid an amount of R3 600 for security deposit and a R3 000 refundable Insurance. I am waiting for the loan to be paid. The consultant that handle my loan is Lukas Enchari contact number ********** at South Africa office email address: ********** He has been in contact with me all the time. He send me sms and emails. Everyday he told me the loan payment will be transferred tomorrow. Until I told him today you are going to tell me tomorrow and tomorrow you going to say the next . On the 26 November he stopped communicating with me. I don't know what is going on, he doesn't answer my calls or emails or sms. I send many emails to the USA Office on below email address, but there is no reply from them. I can't get hold of him anymore. I need to know where I stand with them what is going on. What is the hold up with the payment. This is the third week now and no responses from them. Your help will be highly appreciated.
