Unhelpful staff and pathetic service

If I could give negative stars I would. Such unhelpful people. They never get back to you when you ask them too. I asked for a collection of 2 IBCs of product and piece of equipment and they collect a box of something that isn't even for my company and want to bill me for this! Not to mention I am still waiting on the quote for this . Absolutely pathetic. I would NEVER do this to my customers!!!
