Poor, poor service
I deposited money into their Easy Equities account and then email proof as required. No one responds. Send a complaint, get told that money will reflect in 48 hours and I should send my reference number which I did when I sent through the original proof of payment and as the payment reference. Still no money reflects as 48 hours has come and gone. No one acknowledges your email when you send proof of payment, no communication whatsoever. We send money to these people in the confidence that it will be safe, however they don't even acknowledge receiving an email. Makes the client feel like their money has disappeared. Terrible service and I havent even started trading.

Per our communication through our ticketing system, your transfer was unfortunately delayed due to a truncation of the reference number used on the deposit - which unfortunately lies outside of our control. This reference number is crucial to our ability to be able to allocate client funds quickly and efficiently as it tells us:
a. Which client transferred the funds, and
b. Whether the client wishes the funds to be allocated to their Investment acount or their TFSA account.
While an incomplete reference number means a delay in the allocation of funds, an unallocated transfer would go into an exception report.
Each line item of this report would be investigated in detail against client CRM records to determine who the deposit belongs to so that it could be followed up with the client involved. So funds would always be allocated, but it would just take a little longer than normal.
The funds were allocated to your account yesterday, and hopefully all has been satisfactorily resolved for you?
