Broker with untradeable instruments

Its been a week now since the Platinum and Palladium instruments have not been trading. Your online help desk (Jessica) and email correspondence has not been helpful at all, just vague responses of "our service provider has issues" as if that is a suitable response to a problem that has now dragged on for a week with no prior notice or credible feedback after the event.

If you wish to to retain my business I suggest you resolve this matter appropriately, there are many brokers these days to choose from, and I prefer a broker that has instruments I can actually trade it.
