G&T production is a ****

I worked for this company for over a year while everyone was getting paid from R8500 going up I was paid R5000, the boss took R2500 for rent every month from my salary and R120 for contribution for his business, so I only got paid R2380 I never received a raise in the one year I was with the company, now they have failed to pay me my money and they ignoring any kind of communication that I make. I have a contract with them and will like to take this matter further, I'm a video editor.
