<p>Never buy from GT AUTO Rocky' Drift, Piere Meiring..... they have sold a Mahindra Thar to us .... 4 years old....16 oookm painted on windscreen versus 745 km on odo when switched on! They promised that Mahindra Nelspruit did the odo-meter replacement and that all paper work concerning it available and will be handed over. STILL WAITING .... 5 Months down the line..3830 km driven with it .......... the car had a complete mechanical failure, enjin-runaway!</p> <p>So when I went back to GT AUTO to ask for a refund according to :</p> <p>The South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008 was signed on 24 April 2009 and the purpose of the Act is to protect the interests of all consumers, ... which stipulates:</p> <p>If any defects are discovered with six (6) months of the sale you have the right to insist on repair, replacement or a refund. This is your choice as the buyer.</p> <p>GT AUTO , Piere Meiring refused up to now to refund us! Recorded him on Jan 3 refusing our right to the Consumer Protection Act! And they have commited ***** by deliberately misrepresent the km of the car knowingly and intentionally!!! And they don't want to take the vehicle back!</p> <p>After further investigation ...it came to light that previous owner Mr. John Watson from Nelspruit..... *******ly bought a odo-meter from his friend at Mahindra Nelspruit, Kas Kolbe and staff .........while the old odo-meter still worked on 26June14.....and then.just before John Watson decided to sell the vehicle the next year @ GT AUTO ROCKYS DRIFT.....his friend Kas Kolbe's company Mahindra Nelspruit , has helped John Watson replaced the working odo-meter with a new 0km-odo-meter........, during normal working hours at the Mahindra premises for free, .....with everybody on duty..........without following protocol or company and law.......NO documentation, no records, NO submissions. not even written in the service book! ??? *******LY DONE!!!<br /> KILOMETER ***** OR A CAR HAIRCUT!!!<br /> HAVE GOT ALL THE EVIDENCE........EVEN KAS KOLBE ADMITTING THAT MY KAR WAS THERE......</p> <p>Let me quote JOHN WATSON from Nelspruit's e-mail to me on 13 JAN 2016.......</p> <p>"I bought the speedo from Mahindra and one of their mechanics kindly fitted it for me for Gratis outside their workshops on the 26th June 2014 " John Watson.</p> <p>I suggest we go along to Mahindra together and sort this out with them there and then face to face......John Watson 13 Jan 16</p> <p>The chaps at Mahindra remember very well fitting this cluster.</p> <p>versus</p> <p>MAHINDRA SOUTH AFRICA'S EMAIL 19 JANUARY</p> <p>" There is no paper trail or online submission for replacement of a cluster at Mahindra Nelspruit or Mahindra South Africa." - Mahindra Suid - Afrika e-mail 19 Jauarie Jolene Barun.</p> <p>Went to the police ........Capt. Olivier from Whiteriver detectives today 9/8/2016....</p> <p>.HE capt. Olivier .......DID NOT WANT TO HELP US TO OPEN A ***** CASE. and said no ***** or *******ion were commited by any parties,. The fact that I lay a complaint a year after I bought it, makes it not ***** anymore......I just have to live with it!.........it was my own wrong decisions...............preventing and obstructing justice and law of co**** for a SAP Officer.......and that after I have shown him out of the LAW BOOKS what the LAW says about the matter and after I gave him some evidence,,,,,,,, .........can you believe that?</p> <p>I am sure a few MAHALA mahindras will be handed out...for trying to keep something silent......or in the dark.<br /> GOT EVERYTHING ON VIDEO AND DOCUMENT TO PROOF MY CASE</p>
