Very Unprofessional Staff and directors

Very rude receptionist. Dorothy throws phones down in people's ears which is highly unprofessional. She also did not submit our CIPC annual returns and we had to pay penalties of 2 years. Desre is the director of the company as well as Dorothy's mom. Desre is also very highly unprofessional, she never answers her phone as well as never gets back to me. You have to send numerous emails and leave numerous messages before anything gets done and she decides to help.
