Lack of Rust after purchasing Sublimation Machines from GSW Graphix Supply World.

We bought the Mimaki TS*** printer and the Eurotech flat bed heat press from them in June 2023. Their service is non-existent, their training is minimal & not up to standard. They are quick to point fingers at the environment of the room & operators when they have no answers to basic issues. I have had to spend large amounts of money to complete my jobs as their tissue paper was also problematic. I had to substitute, prolite fabric as a cover so the ink would not transfer onto my roller while heat-pressing the printing onto panels. I specifically noted my need to do panels and not only big meter runs of fabric, I was assured that it would not be a problem to do panels. However it was been a constant problem with crease lines running through the panels, which meant I had to recut and reprint. Over and over again. They don't answer their emails or WhatsApp messages. The Staff & Owner Rob Franco, do not put your mind at ease even after you have spent a small fortune purchasing their products. Rob Franco does not do returns on his machines, even if you struggle for a year to get the plug & play sublimation up & running. Rob Franco brags that he has over 3000 clients and they don't have the same issues we are experiencing. I did request we get taken to a client who has the same operation we do, so we could see for ourselves how they operate with the machines and paper. That request has been ignored.

Do your due diligence before partnering up with GSW Garphix Supply World.

If you purchase ink or paper from other suppliers then they can't guarantee the life span of their print heads.

They force you to purchase paper and ink from them, even if it is problematic and you take on jobs that you struggle to complete.
