Customer Service and after sales?

Customer Service? no existent at this place. Been a customer of theirs for more than 6 years and after many years of bad service and technicians *****ing software that's supp**** with the new machine we bought. I started using another company to do my repairs, but now that I want to order parts from these guys they refuse to assist.
