Close your doors please!!!

I inquired about a part for my Mimaki that costs R30k+-. They turned me away because of my ink supplier on the machine. Can't believe it, we purchased 2x machines from GSW in the past. Guess they don't need my money, being told that I must buy elsewhere because I buy ink that's more affordable. Bunch of thieving nitwits... Bought a machine from them a few years ago and didn't receive my license after chatting to them about it. Obviously nothing was done about it from their side. They should really close down that place.
