Appalling after sale services

Experience was ok firstly buying die sublimation machines and "ok" when supplies are needed but don't hold your breath when it comes to breakdowns or servicing of machines they sold, Absolutely appalling service when it comes to that, they seem to not really care much that you cannot afford to stand for 5 days with a breakdown or that it will take 3 more weeks to get "genuine parts" aka i just needed 2 bearings to be replaced on a calendar heat press a week later still don't have as much as a quote for what the repair would cost, eventually had to replace the bearing myself.
