Review of GSS Solutions’ Service Delivery: Erecting a single carport in 9.5 weeks I recently engaged with GSS Solutions, hoping for a seamless experience. However, I was met with a series of disappointments that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. 1. The quality of service was not complete satisfactory. It seemed as though there was a lack of effort and attention to detail in the work done. 2. The service provider was inconsistent and unpredictable. Promises were made and then broken, appointments were missed, and there was a general lack of dependability. 3. Information was withheld or misrepresented, leading to a breach of trust. 4. Despite assurances of timely service, there were significant delays. Deadlines were not met, causing inconvenience and disruption to my plans. a) 80% Deposit was paid: 25 March 2024. b) Complex provided approval on: 15 April 2024. c) Carport completed: 20 June 2024. In conclusion, the service provided was a letdown. It was a combination of poor service, unreliability, lack of trust, and delayed delivery that led to an overall negative experience. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration for future improvements.
