Negligent driving and a boss with serious bad manners

These guys are as rude as can come when dealing with matters, there driver drove into my gate yesterday, I called the number on the vehicle, the guy did not want to even hear what happened, he blatantly told me I am just looking for trouble. I have requested my suppliers never to use these guys ever again.
