Terrible experience with return of deposit

Terrible experience with getting my deposit returned - watch out for these guys when renting a fully furnished apartment as they played dirty at the end. They ripped me off with the most hilarious deductions upon repayment of my deposit after almost 2 years occupation, and the managing agent modified the post-inspection report after my signature to include items which I had no control over. I agreed to cover some of the expense for wear-'n-tear to the window facing curtains due to mold build-up, but they deducted thousands for brand new cleaning supplies, complete replacement of all linen (despite me not having received new linen myself upon entry) and plumbing charges for building leaks which were found to have nothing to do with my apartment - all dumped on my account. Use them at your own risk and ask for electronic copies of everything. Keep everything on email - not whatsapp.
