NO SOLUTION. ACCOUNTING ERRORS THAT ARE NOT CORRECTED ON WEEKEND!

IT business support closed on weekends. Accounting errors - receives and receipts payment then suspends service due to non payment. Once again no weekend customer support to get assistance to rectify THEIR error. This isn't any 'solution!
