I am not a happy client

I bought a sneaker online and they delivered a wrong size and then when i sent them an email I had to courier the shoe back at my own cost and then on exchange they brought a bigger size to what I asked for then they still insist I must pay the courier cost. When I asked for my refund they said they will deduct the costs of their courier.
